• Monitor and log inbound loads.
• Communicate with inbound ops about linking ASN and processing issues.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

SUMMARY:

The primary duty of this position is to assist department performing any combination of clerical duties requiring general knowledge and application of various work methods and procedures.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assist department, performing any combination of clerical duties requiring general knowledge and application of various work methods and procedures.

• Links inbound containers to CICS and JDA system (including expedite)
• Resolves all ASN issues in a timely manner
• Processes BOL's
• Works closely with transportation regarding all inbound loads on the ILC yard
• Monitor and logs all inbound loads
• Communicates with inbound operations regarding all linking ASN and processing issues
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS & PREREQUISITES

Required:

• High School or GED equivalency
• Familiarity with the Materials Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) binder
• Possess basic computer skills (Excel & Word)
• Possess good communication skills (oral & written)
• Certified in the operation of forklifts
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Must be able to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays as needed
• Must be able to manage multiple tasks

REQUIREMENTS

• High School Diploma and or GED.
• Working knowledge of Warehouse Management System equipment and basic warehouse familiarity
• Knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within the distribution/warehouse
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to follow work procedures and safety rules
• Ability to set priorities and be able to multi-task with conflicting priorities
• Ability to read, understand, and follow directions/instructions
• Ability to work specified shifts
• Able to perform simple math calculations

WORK ENVIRONMENT

One-hundred percent of work time is spent in a warehouse where temperatures are hot or cold (seasonally)
