Responsibilities include coordinating with floor clerks, updating metrics in the WMS, and generating reports while maintaining filing systems. Prior warehouse and forklift experience is preferred, along with strong communication and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year clerical or warehouse experience preferred.
• Experience operating forklift equipment preferred.
• 1+ year Microsoft Office experience (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word) preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to build professional relationships at all levels.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Flexible to fast-paced environment and multi-tasking.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate activities with clerks from other floor areas, customers, or suppliers.
• Update area metrics using the location's WMS system.
• Generate daily, weekly, or monthly reports and summaries.
• Perform floor work and other duties as assigned.
• Carry out basic administrative tasks and maintain filing systems.
• Gather and provide information to floor employees.
• Coordinate meetings and communications for the area or shift.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• One (1) year or more clerical or warehouse experience preferred
• One (1) year or more experience operating forklift equipment preferred
• One (1) year or more Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, etc.) preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
