Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Two years of experience preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Skills in coordinating work activities of assigned staff.
• Good verbal and written communication.
• Detail-oriented and team-oriented.
• Ability to tell when something is wrong or is likely to go wrong — recognize issues.
• Endure long hours of continuous work when needed.
• Physical ability to walk, stand, bend, stoop, lift up to 25 pounds.
• Ability to work independently without direct supervision.

Responsibilities

• Provide immaculate cleaning services throughout the warehouse facility.
• Direct and coordinate associates’ daily cleaning activities and delegate workflow instructions.
• Assist in training new associates on cleaning agents, safety, equipment, and proper cleaning techniques.
• Take supply inventory and maintain the inventory storeroom.
• Assist to ensure a safe working environment and adherence to Company policies and procedures.
• Attend to emergencies and participate in meetings as required.
