Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months of experience in a warehouse, distribution, janitorial, or related environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds safely.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Must pass a background check and drug screen.
• Must be able to work overnight shifts consistently.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize warehouse floors, break rooms, restrooms, and workspaces.
• Collect and remove cardboard, trash, and debris throughout the facility.
• Utilize pallet jacks and conveyor systems to assist with waste removal and recycling efforts.
• Support facility recycling and waste disposal programs.
• Follow all company safety procedures and warehouse protocols.
• Maintain cleanliness standards across assigned warehouse areas.
• Report maintenance, safety, or cleanliness concerns to supervisors as needed.
• Assist with additional housekeeping duties as assigned.
