Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a 1st Shift Warehouse Associate / Facility Cleaner to support a fast-paced distribution operation. This role blends warehouse duties with cleaning, ensuring a clean, organized, and safe work environment for daily operations.

The position offers $20.00 per hour, Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM with weekly pay. Candidates should have at least 3 years of warehouse experience, stand-up pallet jack experience, and RF scanner proficiency to succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of warehouse/distribution experience.
• Previous Stand-Up Pallet Jack experience required.
• Experience using RF scanners required.
• General cleaning, janitorial, or sanitation experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments.
• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
• Utilize RF scanners to track inventory and order movement.
• Load and unload product using manual material handling equipment.
• Safely operate a stand-up electric pallet jack.
• Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and shipping documentation.
• Ensure products are properly labeled and staged.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout warehouse and work areas.
• Sweep, mop, dust, and sanitize warehouse spaces.
• Empty trash and recycling bins throughout the facility.
• Clean breakrooms, restrooms, and common areas.
• Ensure aisles, walkways, and workstations remain organized and free of debris.
• Support warehouse housekeeping initiatives and safety standards.
• Assist with general facility upkeep as needed.

What You'll Be Doing
