Lakeside Book Company in Plainfield, IN is seeking a Forklift Operator to support daily operations on the day shift. You will operate a cherry picker, a stand-up forklift, and a walkie stacker to pick cases and pallets, and to stow products while maintaining inventory through cycle counts.

A 90-day evaluation period includes on‑the‑job training and potential permanent employment, with overtime required including Saturdays and safety-focused practices surrounding 30+ foot work heights.

Qualifications

• 6 months previous order picker experience required.
• Ability to work at heights of 30+ feet.
• Ability to walk, stand, bend, stoop, and lift 50lbs.

7:00am-3:00pm, Monday-Friday - overtime required including Saturday

Path to Permanent Employment:
