McLane Company, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Checker/Loader IV in New Hampshire. You will load and secure products in trailers, using hand or powered equipment as needed, while maintaining strict quality controls and safety standards.

You will coordinate with drivers and supervisors to ensure accurate, timely delivery. The role emphasizes teamwork, safety, and attention to detail within a long-standing, nationwide logistics network.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to read, write and understand English to perform job tasks safely.
• Ability to perform accurate visual inspections.

Responsibilities

• Load and secure products in trailers safely.
• Perform duties by hand or with powered equipment.
• Maintain quality control for non-conveyable products before loading.
• Report concerns about product integrity to supervisor.
• Communicate any special circumstances to the delivery driver via Shipping Loading Report.
• Maintain a clean, debris-free work area.
• Work safely to prevent injuries and damage.
• Other duties may be assigned.
