Job summary

Nippon Express USA is seeking a Warehouse Associate for our San Antonio area. You will load/unload shipments, verify documents, and help ensure accurate order fulfillment in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

The role requires basic forklift knowledge, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays. You will join a team focused on safety, accuracy, and efficient distribution.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of warehouse experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• English communication skills required.
• Flexible schedule including weekends/holidays.
• Ability to work overtime.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload shipments.
• Check, document and report damages against cargo manifest.
• Confirm all cargo documents.
• Generate a damage report for damages.
• Receive, count and sort shipments.
• Stage and palletize shipments.
• Measure and weigh shipments.
• Manually shrink wrap pallets.
• Accurately picking, pulling and packing distribution orders.
• Observe all cargo, security and safety rules.
• Assist with general housekeeping of the warehouse.
• Inform management of service failures or problems.
• Other assignments as directed by Lead or Manager.
