Job description

PA’s leading distributor of janitorial and office supplies is currently seeking a motivated employee to fulfill a dual-role position within our Distribution Department in Altoona, PA. This individual will perform warehouse duties and fill in as a delivery driver when needed.

What you’ll do:

1. Receive products accurately and note any discrepancies; stage orders for outbound delivery to ensure accuracy.
2. Read customer orders, work orders, shipping orders, or requisitions to determine items to be moved, gathered, or shipped.
3. Drive up to a 28’ box truck to customer locations and unload at designated delivery areas when needed.
4. Ensure customer satisfaction upon delivery of orders.
5. Adhere to all DOT and safety requirements, including Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations.
6. Operate a forklift, electric pallet jack, and a 24’-28' box truck with lift gate. This position requires a CDL B License and Hazmat Endorsement.
