Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. in Frankfort, Indiana is seeking a Case Picker to join our warehouse team. The role includes case picking, palletizing and operating a Walkie Rider or pallet jack in a safety-focused facility. Training is provided; benefits start, and weekly pay is offered.

Shifts include late afternoons and weekends with a focus on accuracy and teamwork. Prior warehouse experience and strong math/reading skills are valued for this position.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of warehouse experience preferred.
• Capable of reading location and product codes.
• Strong math and numeric skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Picking product and case pick.
• Palletize, hand stack and stretch wrap as required.
• Safely operate material handling equipment.
• Assist in cycle counting and inventory control.
• Resolve inventory discrepancies as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Warehouse Forklift Operator / Driver Positions Pay Weekly

• Hourly Pay $21.00 per hour
• Additional Pay: $1.00 per hour
• Schedule: Monday - Tuesday 4:30PM to 3:00AM and Friday - Saturday 5:30AM to 4:00PM

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• One (1) year or more previous warehouse experience preferred
• Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
• Must have adequate math skills
• Able to recognize and read location codes and product codes
• Meet and exceed established Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to create and maintain professional relationships within all levels of the organization (peers, work groups, customers, supervisors)
• Capable of multi-tasking, highly organized, with excellent time management skills
• Detail oriented with excellent follow-up practices
