Job summary

Ryder Supply Chain Solutions is hiring a permanent full-time Case Picker to support our facility in Tracy, CA. The role involves picking cases, palletizing, operating pallet jacks, and assisting with inventory control in a state-of-the-art warehouse environment.

We offer weekly pay, on-the-job training, medical/dental/vision benefits, a 401(k) with company match, PTO from month 1 (up to 80 hours first year), and employee discounts. Safety gear is provided and performance is prioritized.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1 year or more warehouse experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Adequate math skills.

Responsibilities

• Picking product and case pick.
• Palletizing, hand stacking and stretch wrapping as required.
• Safely operate material handling equipment.
• Assist in cycle counting and inventory control.
• Assist in resolving inventory discrepancies.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• One (1) year or more previous warehouse experience preferred
• Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
• Must have adequate math skills
• Able to recognize and read location codes and product codes
• Meet and exceed established Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to create and maintain professional relationships within all levels of the organization (peers, work groups, customers, supervisors)
• Capable of multi-tasking, highly organized, with excellent time management skills
• Detail oriented with excellent follow-up practices
