Job summary

Ryder in Frankfort, IN is hiring a Case Picker Associate to support our clean, organized facilities and safe, efficient daily operations. Weekly pay and strong benefits come with a career in our supply chain. Shift: A Shift, Mon-Thu mornings; pay is $19.00 per hour.

You will pick cases, palletize, and use walkie-rider pallet jacks in a safety‑conscious environment. We value teamwork, accuracy, and reliability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1+ year warehouse experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Adequate math skills.
• Read location and product codes.
• Meet GMP standards.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Ability to build professional relationships at all levels.
• Multi-tasking, highly organized with good time management.
• Detail oriented with thorough follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Picking product and case pick.
• Palletize, hand stack and stretch wrap product as required.
• Safely operate material handling equipment.
• Assist in cycle counting and inventory control as required.
• Assist in resolving inventory discrepancies as required.

Warehouse Positions Pay Weekly

• Hourly Pay $19.00 per hour
• Schedule: A Shift Monday-Thursday 5:30 am - 4:00 pm

Ryder Warehouse Associates work in clean, organized, and well-run facilities to provide the safest supply chain environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• One (1) year or more previous warehouse experience preferred
• Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
• Must have adequate math skills
• Able to recognize and read location codes and product codes
• Meet and exceed established Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to create and maintain professional relationships within all levels of the organization (peers, work groups, customers, supervisors)
• Capable of multi-tasking, highly organized, with excellent time management skills
• Detail oriented with excellent follow-up practices
