Job summary

Ericson Manufacturing in Willoughby, OH is seeking a Cable Cutter to support warehouse operations. You will run the cable cutting machine, measure and bundle cables for customer orders, and ensure accuracy and safety in every cut.

This role uses a four 10-hour shift (4:00 AM - 2:30 PM, Monday-Thursday) with overtime opportunities based on demand. A high school diploma and ability to read blueprints are required, with a focus on reliability and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Able to read and understand mechanical blueprints.
• Able to work with limited supervision.

Responsibilities

• Operate cable cutting machines and related warehouse equipment.
• Cut, measure, and bundle cables according to specifications.
• Unload/load materials using a tow motor/reach truck.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Identify cables based on reel labels and ensure stock accuracy.
• Support the warehouse operations and communicate stock issues.
