Job Description

This is a full-time, hourly position.

Position Summary

This role oversees the maintenance and upkeep of three warehouse facilities, including systems and handling equipment.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform routine, comprehensive, and preventative maintenance
• Inspect handling equipment and racking systems
• Maintain forklift fleet
• Troubleshoot equipment issues
• Perform millwright duties and rigging
• Respond to service requests promptly
• Read spec sheets and blueprints
• Maintain accurate maintenance records
• Lift heavy items (50 lbs.), work at heights, and perform physical tasks
• Work extended hours, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Follow safety policies and report incidents
• Assist in maintaining organized and safe work environments

Job Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred
• Must be 18+, valid driver’s license, eligible to work in the US
• Enhanced mechanical skills, millwright certification or experience preferred
• Participate in safety and training programs
• Strong reading, attention to detail, leadership, and diagnostic skills
• Knowledge of HVAC, electrical systems preferred

On-the-Job Training

• Complete safety, food safety, and environmental training
• Participate in operations and equipment training

Working Conditions

• Non-air-conditioned environment, seasonal elements, noise levels requiring PPE

Physical Requirements

• Ability to work at heights, lift up to 55 lbs., and traverse distances
