CDS Logistics & Home Services is seeking a dynamic warehouse professional to assist in managing the Break Bulk (Cabinets Receiving) team in a leading final mile logistics company. The Lead position will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the team’s daily productivity, reporting directly to the Assistant Warehouse Manager. Our primary goal is to ensure excellent operational and production standards are met and maintained.

In this role you will work in the Baltimore Warehouse facility, supporting the daily operations of our business through team leadership, coaching & development of direct reports and accurate completion of daily deliverables. You can anticipate this role to focus on team leadership and task delegation, meeting quality and quantity of daily production requirements, and lean management activities within your scope of the warehouse.
This position will be responsible for the management of Break Bulk employees. This position will manage the daily production, training, and personnel management, including but not limited to, coaching, development, and disciplinary actions.
