Job summary

Rexel USA in Madras, OR is seeking a Warehouse Associate/Branch Driver to join the Platt Electric Supply team. The role primarily handles warehouse operations, order fulfillment, and may include up to 50% delivery to customers or suppliers in a box truck without a CDL.

Responsibilities include receiving and stocking materials, processing shipments, operating forklifts, and ensuring safety, accuracy, and productivity. No CDL required, 21+ years old, valid license, and MVR checks required.

Qualifications

• No experience required.
• Prior warehouse experience a plus.
• Certification to operate forklift, hand truck, pallet jack, and other warehouse equipment preferred.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must pass a pre-employment and annual MVR review.
• Must obtain verification of non-expired medical certificate within 30 days of hire.
• Must not have had any at fault accidents in the past 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to a culture focused on employee safety and a safe work environment.
• Receive material into the building and verify quantity per packing list.
• Keep incoming orders stocked and report freight damage.
• Prepare branch orders and ensure correct items are shipped.
• Process shipment paperwork and insure proper delivery.
• Operate forklift, reach truck, and wire cutting machine as needed.
• Load vehicles and inspect/maintain equipment.
• Perform inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Deliver to customers and branch locations as required.
