Warehouse Operators pull customer orders from warehouse shelving with forklifts and by hand, so the ability to learn the layout of the warehouse and location of inventory items is essential. Warehouse Operator/Box Truck driver receives and makes local deliveries of material and record the receipts in our software system, so basic computer skills are necessary. Warehouse Operators also assist at the Will Call desk, so competence in customer service is required.
We are looking for a team player dedicated to filling orders accurately while providing excellent customer service. A successful candidate is able to maintain a positive attitude while taking direction and is also able to work independently, maintaining a high level of productivity without direct supervision.
