TNT Services Group is seeking a Warehouse Worker to handle unloading of incoming materials and loading/delivery of orders. The role requires operating a 24-foot box truck, maintaining clean work areas, and strict adherence to safety policies.
Candidates should have 1–2 years of warehouse experience, a DOT card, forklift certification, and a valid driver’s license with a clean record. This is a team-based, on-site position with physical requirements including lifting up to 50 lbs.
The Warehouse Worker is responsible for the safe and accurate unloading of incoming materials and the timely loading and delivery of orders to customers. This role involves operating company vehicles, maintaining a clean and organized work area, and consistently adhering to safety procedures and company standards.
Arrive on time with a positive, team-oriented attitude
Safely operate company vehicles, including a 24-foot box truck
Load and unload company and vendor vehicles accurately
Deliver materials to customers in a neat, safe, and timely manner
Follow all company safety protocols and regulations
Maintain cleanliness of vehicles and work areas
Communicate respectfully with coworkers and customers
Perform additional tasks as assigned by supervisors
High School Diploma or GED preferred, or equivalent experience
1–2 years of warehouse or similar industry experience
Forklift experience with applicable state certification
DOT Physical Card
Strong manual dexterity and ability to operate machinery
Effective communication skills (oral and written)
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Ability to drive a 24-foot box truck
Team-oriented with strong time-management skills
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly
Required to stand, stoop, bend, and lift for 4–5 hours per day
Visual acuity for close and distance vision, peripheral vision, and depth perception
Work environment has moderate noise levels
