Job summary

PepsiCo is looking for a warehouse associate in South Burlington, VT to hand-build pallets and prepare shipments. You will operate forklifts and pallet jacks, follow load sheets, and stage loads for trailers while maintaining safety and accuracy.

The role requires physical labor, non-traditional shifts, and weekend work. Full-time employment with health benefits is offered; experience with forklift operation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Hand build pallets of product for bulk and route trucks, following warehouse instructions and load sheets.
• Use an electronic order system or order sheets to ensure loading accuracy for outgoing trucks and unloading for incoming trucks.
• Operate a forklift and/or power pallet jack to move product to picking areas and build pallets/loads as assigned.
• Wrap and secure pallets/loads when finished to maintain stability for transport.
• Stage pallets and/or load product into trailers and trucks when ready, including handling returned pallets/plastic flats.
