Job summary

PepsiCo in Hayward, CA is seeking a Merchandise Associate to stock shelves, coolers, and displays across local stores, ensuring shelves are full and assets are presented to planograms. You will rotate products, monitor dates, and move stock from backrooms to the floor while maintaining a safe, organized workspace.

The role requires driving to multiple locations, a valid U.S. driver's license, and the ability to lift 20–45 lb cases repeatedly during a long shift. Holidays may be required.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise PepsiCo products in large format and local stores, stock shelves, coolers, and displays to plan.
• Move product from the backroom to the sales floor, organize stock, and maintain a neat backroom.
• Build and maintain displays; set up promotional materials to support national and local initiatives.
• Partner with store teams, communicate store needs, build relationships, and use handheld tools to support orders and daily records.
