Job summary

PepsiCo Inc. in Olathe, KS seeks a Warehouse Loader to hand build pallets and load trucks for PepsiCo brands. You will operate a forklift or pallet jack, follow load sheets, and ensure accurate loading for outgoing routes while maintaining safety and clean work areas.

The role requires weekend shifts (Tue-Sat), physical labor, and the ability to work a 2:00 PM–10:30 PM schedule. Training is provided, with opportunities to grow within the distribution network.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Physical labor required (with or without accommodation).
• Non-traditional shifts and weekend work required.
• Forklift certification may be required.

Responsibilities

• Hand build pallets of product for bulk and route trucks, following warehouse instructions and load sheets.
• Use an electronic order system or order sheets to ensure loading accuracy for outgoing trucks and unloading for incoming trucks.
• Operate a forklift and/or power pallet jack to move product to picking areas and build pallets/loads as assigned.
• Wrap and secure pallets/loads when finished to maintain stability for transport.
• Stage pallets and/or load product into trailers and trucks when ready, including handling returned pallets/plastic flats.
• Mark load tickets for out-of-stock items and turn in paperwork for check before loading.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following proper housekeeping standards in your work area.

• Work Days: Tuesday - Saturday
• Start Time: 2 PM
• End Time: 10:30 PM

Build and load pallets of beloved brands like Pepsi, Gatorade, and Aquafina to keep communities supplied safely, accurately, and on time.

What You'll Do
