Job summary

PepsiCo Inc. in Wichita, KS is seeking a standing merchandise associate to stock shelves, coolers, and displays, ensuring full shelves and accurate pricing. You’ll rotate products, check dates for freshness, and move stock from backroom to sales floor throughout your shift.

The role requires reaching, bending, lifting 20–45 lb cases repeatedly, valid driver’s license and reliable transportation, and availability to work Sundays through Thursdays with a 5am start. Training is provided.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Valid U.S. driver's license with proof of insurance.
• Must have personal transportation to access multiple store locations.
• Drive to various geographic areas within shift.
• Ability to lift, move, and stock cases weighing 20–45 pounds repeatedly.
• Occasional holidays and physical tasks like bending and squatting.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise PepsiCo products in large format and local stores; stock shelves, coolers, and displays.
• Rotate product and check dates to maintain freshness, quality, and stock levels.
• Move product from backroom to sales floor and organize stock.

• Work Days: Sunday-Thursday
• Start Time: 5am
• End Time: 2pm

Merchandise beloved brands like Pepsi, Gatorade, and Aquafina in local stores to serve communities with full shelves, fresh products, and great displays.

What You’ll Do

• Merchandise PepsiCo products in large format and local stores, stock shelves, coolers, and displays to plan
• Rotate product and check dates to maintain freshness, quality, and in-stock conditions
• Move product from the backroom to the sales floor, organize stock, and maintain a neat, safe backroom
• Build and maintain displays; set up promotional materials (signs, banners) to support national and local initiatives
• Partner with store teams, communicate store needs, build relationships, and use handheld tools to support orders and daily records (training provided)

Minimum Qualifications

• 21 years or older
• Valid U.S. driver's license and proof of insurance
• Must have personal transportation to access multiple store locations within assigned shift
• Position requires you to drive to various locations that are in different geographic areas
• Position may require you to work holidays
• Position requires lifting, loading, pushing and pulling cases weighing from 20-45 pounds per case repeatedly over 10-12 hour work period (with or without accommodation)
• Position requires bending, reaching and squatting (with or without accommodation)
