Job summary

State Electric Supply Co. in Goldsboro, NC is hiring a Warehouse Associate / Backup Driver to keep products moving and support local deliveries as needed.

In this hands-on role you will receive, organize, pick, and prepare items, operate forklifts and pallet jacks after training, and provide friendly service during deliveries. This is a full-time, on-site position with competitive benefits and opportunities to grow within an established electrical distributor.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and safe driving record.
• Willing to obtain forklift, pallet jack, and related equipment training.
• Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with shipping and receiving products and materials.
• Load and unload incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Sort and place products on racks according to codes.
• Pull and prepare products for customer orders and shipment.
• Back up local deliveries as needed.
