Job summary

Ryder is seeking a Warehouse Automation Maintenance Technician in Lakewood, Washington. The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule, weekly pay, and comprehensive benefits, with an hourly rate of $25.00 and potential shift premium.

The position requires technical certification or 3 years of related experience, knowledge of 480V and pneumatic systems, and experience with PLC/HMI programming and maintenance management systems. Safety and teamwork are emphasized.

Qualifications

• Certification or 3 years related experience required
• Knowledge of 480 volts and pneumatic equipment
• Experience with computer-based maintenance and inventory systems
• PLC/HMI programming knowledge including Allen-Bradley, Ignition, Wonderware
• Understanding 24VDC control systems and sensors
• Experience with servo/stepper motors
• Ability to troubleshoot barcode scanners and vision systems

Responsibilities

• Enter PM data into CMMS accurately
• Maintain spare parts inventories
• Develop and improve maintenance policies
• Keep maintenance area clean and tour-ready
• Ensure GMP compliance
• Schedule work to meet PM program demands
• Participate in safety and Lean programs
