Job summary
Valpak Clipp Manufacturing Center is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician to troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventative maintenance on automated production equipment in a clean, climate-controlled facility.
You will work with PLCs, HMIs, drives, hydraulics, pneumatics, and control systems, respond to breakdowns, update work orders in SAP CMMS, and collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime.
Qualifications
- Vocational training or technical certification is preferred.
- At least 3 years of industrial maintenance experience preferred.
- Strong mechanical troubleshooting experience required.
- Basic electrical troubleshooting on 480V systems.
- Reading electrical schematics and mechanical drawings is required.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and basic electrical issues on automated production equipment.
- Perform preventative and predictive maintenance to maximize equipment reliability.
- Diagnose equipment problems using manuals, schematics, vendor resources, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Support equipment using hydraulics, pneumatics, motors, conveyors, PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, and control systems.
- Update and close work orders in SAP CMMS.
