To support continuous material movement through PBV’s automated warehouse systems to support both internal and external customers.**RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES*** Complete machine/system interface and operation.* “System Operator” level machine/system fault identification, troubleshooting, issue correction, and cleaning and maintenance.* Resolution of data/transactional errors or issues related to automation systems, software, or programs.* Record keeping/operator log as required.* Direct people/work areas as needed to maximize system efficiency and/or facilitate issue resolution.* Maintain clean and organized work area.* Ensure accuracy and quality of work.* Work in a safe and efficient manner.* Other duties as assigned.**MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS*** High school diploma or GED.* Must be able to pass fork lift skills assessment and safely operate PBV Material Handling equipment.* Six (6) months of “sit down” fork lift operation experience preferred.* Must have one (1) year of automation/production machine operation outside of PBV warehouse automation or a minimum of three (3) months of proven in-house operation (not including training).* Computer/human machine interface skills.* Mechanical aptitude.* Physical stamina.* Manual dexterity.* Math, reading and writing skills.* Strong verbal and written communication skills.**ESSENTIAL MENTAL AND PHYSICAL FUNCTIONS****Mental Functions**This job is both repetitive and variable depending on the needs of the business.**Physical Functions**Constantly (67% -100%) required to bend and reach. Occasionally (0%-33%) required to walk, stand, climb, and lift up to 50 lbs.**EQUIPMENT USED**Single and double fork lifts.
