SynNex Integration Pte. Ltd. is seeking two Warehouse Automation Maintenance Technicians to support maintenance and troubleshooting of automated warehouse equipment, including conveyors, SRMs, and AirRob systems.

You will perform preventive maintenance, identify faults, support daily operations, and work with engineers to improve reliability and efficiency. Ideal candidates hold a relevant technical qualification in mechanical, electrical, mechatronics, or automation, with hands-on maintenance

About the role

We are looking for two hands‑on and safety-conscious Warehouse Automation Maintenance Technicians to support the maintenance and troubleshooting of automated warehouse equipment, including conveyors, Storage and Retrieval Machines (SRMs), and AirRob systems. The successful candidates will perform routine preventive maintenance (PM), identify and resolve equipment faults, support daily operations, and work closely with engineers to maintain equipment reliability and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on conveyor, SRM, and warehouse automation systems
• Identify common equipment faults using alarms, HMI indications, equipment status, and visual inspections
• Follow a systematic troubleshooting process: alarm identification, inspection, isolation, correction, reset, and verification
• Perform basic fault isolation, adjustment, and replacement of approved sensors, cables, connectors, and mechanical components
• Identify abnormal noise, vibration, wear, looseness, misalignment, and lubrication conditions
• Escalate complex, critical, or recurring faults promptly to the Engineer
• Understand basic PLC control logic, I/O signals, interlocks, sensors, actuators, and safety circuits
• Use HMI and control panels to check alarms, equipment status, I/O conditions, and basic operating sequences
• Apply Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) and approved safety procedures before maintenance or mechanical intervention
• Maintain accurate maintenance and fault records

About you

• Relevant technical qualification in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Automation, or a related discipline
• Hands‑on experience in equipment maintenance, industrial automation, or troubleshooting is preferred
• Basic understanding of mechanical systems, sensors, electrical components, and control systems
• Willingness to learn conveyor, SRM, AirRob, PLC, and WCS troubleshooting
• Good problem‑solving skills, communication, teamwork, and work discipline
• Strong commitment to workplace safety and compliance with approved maintenance procedures
• Follow site safety requirements, SOPs, work instructions, and permit‑to‑work requirements where applicable
• Ability to work closely with engineers, operations personnel, and other maintenance team members
