This position requires strong technical ownership, structured problem-solving, sound safety judgement and effective coordination with technicians, operations and customer representatives.
Lead systematic troubleshooting of electrical, mechanical and control-related faults involving conveyor, SRM/ASRS, AirRob and related automation equipment.
Analyse equipment alarms, fault history, PLC I/O status, interlocks, timers and sequence conditions to identify root causes.
Diagnose recurring equipment failures and lead root-cause analysis (RCA), corrective actions and preventive measures.
Verify equipment functionality, safety interlocks and system performance following maintenance or repair.
Monitor equipment downtime, fault recurrence and maintenance effectiveness to identify reliability improvement opportunities.
Understand PLC sequence logic, equipment operating sequences, I/O signals, sensors, actuators and safety interlocks.
Troubleshoot control-related faults using approved diagnostic methods and equipment documentation.
Coordinate authorised PLC or control-program changes with the relevant controls/software team.
