Job summary

Ashley Furniture Industries is seeking a Senior Warehouse Automation Engineer to design and implement state-of-the-art automation across our national distribution network. You will lead multi-million dollar projects that reshape our distribution operations with robotics, AI integration, and advanced control systems.

This role demands hands-on engineering leadership, cross-functional collaboration with operations, IT, and vendors, and a track record of delivering scalable automation solutions

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Robotics, or related field).
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in warehouse automation, material handling systems, or industrial automation.
  • Proven track record leading large-scale automation projects from design through implementation.
  • Experience with robotics integration, controls programming, and system commissioning.
