Job summary

DHL Supply Chain in Jeffersonville, IN is seeking an Auditor to check inbound and outbound shipments, verify quantities, and ensure products are undamaged and properly labeled. The role emphasizes accuracy and safety in a fast-paced warehouse setting.

Requirements include a High School Diploma (preferred), 6 months warehousing experience, and experience with WMS such as Blue Yonder, Red Prairie, JDA or SAP. Proficiency in Excel and the ability to stand or walk most of the shift are needed.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent preferred
• 6 months warehousing/material handling experience preferred
• Experience with WMS such as Blue Yonder, Red Prairie, JDA or SAP

Responsibilities

• Count inbound product, compare to manifest, and check for damage, infestation, and production code dates before storage
• Report shortages, damages, and mis-shipments on appropriate forms
• Sign for inbound shipments or accept signature for outbound merchandise on special request
• Check contents of outbound freight as packed by warehouse personnel
• Compare quantity, quality, labeling, and address with customer order to ensure completeness and correctness
• Safely operate forklift or other handling equipment as required and assist in loading/unloading
• Maintain a clean, neat, and orderly work area
• Participate in physical inventories
• Perform other duties as assigned
