Job summary

DHL Supply Chain in New Jersey is seeking an Auditor to verify inbound and outbound shipments, count inventory, and ensure product condition and proper recording of production dates. The role emphasizes accuracy and safety in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

The position runs Monday–Friday from 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM. Compensation starts at $20 per hour plus a $0.75 premium and includes comprehensive benefits and opportunities for training and advancement.

Qualifications

Analytical thinker with attention to detail.
Proficient with Microsoft Excel.
Ability to communicate via email in English.
Experience with cycle counting and auditing.
Comfortable operating forklift or willing to train.

Responsibilities

Count inbound product, compare to manifest, and check shipments for damage or infestation.
Report shortages, damages, and mis-shipments using appropriate forms.
Sign for inbound shipments or accept signatures for outbound shipments as required.
Check contents of outbound freight against customer orders to ensure accuracy.
Operate forklift and assist with loading/unloading as needed.
Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly work area.
Participate in physical inventories and perform other duties as assigned.
