Novo Building Products is seeking an Auditor in Zeeland, MI to inspect orders before shipment, verify quantities, SKUs, and product condition to ensure high customer satisfaction. The role emphasizes attention to detail, safety procedures, and timely delivery.

• Record daily audited order information on logs (written/electronic).
• Prioritize high-priority orders before lower-priority ones.

Salary Range: $18.00 - $18.00 Hourly

Job Shift: Day

Position Summary: As an Auditor, you will play a key role in ensuring our customers receive the right products in excellent condition. Prior to shipment, you will inspect completed orders for accuracy and quality, helping to maintain high customer satisfaction standards. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, able to manage priorities within set deadlines, and dedicated to following all safety procedures and best practices.

Schedule

• Monday - Friday 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. (plus overtime and some Saturday work)

Pay

• $18/hr.
• Pay frequency is every two weeks

Essential Responsibilities

• Certify orders are free of errors: correct quantity requested, correct SKU requested, and quality of product is free of damage.
• Ensure that all banded units are built tightly, and levelers effectively used for safe transport.
• Notify order puller of any errors found for correction prior to transport and notify supervisor of any discrepancies, product quality, or safety issues.
• Record daily audited order information onto written and/or electronic logs.
• Anticipate the needs of the business by auditing orders of high priority prior to those of low priority.
