Job summary

Quality Custom Distribution Services LLC (QCD) seeks a Warehouse Auditor in Franklin Park, IL to maintain accurate inventory and support smooth warehouse operations. You will focus on counts, variances, and data integrity across multiple zones.

Your responsibilities include cycle counts, data validation in inventory systems, and clear communication with leadership to resolve discrepancies and improve accuracy daily.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in inventory control, warehousing, or related role preferred.
• Solid math and data entry skills with strong organization and problem solving.
• Strong attention to detail and a sense of ownership.
• Confidence using Excel or other inventory tracking tools.
• Comfort lifting to 75 pounds and working in chilled, dry, or frozen zones.

Warehouse Auditor – Franklin Park, IL

What You’ll Do:

You’ll be the go-to for keeping our inventory accurate, organized, and ready to move. From cycle counts to reconciling variances, you’ll make sure what’s on the shelves matches what’s on the books. You’ll track down discrepancies, dig into root causes, and help keep products flowing smoothly through the supply chain. Accuracy here isn’t just numbers on a spreadsheet – it’s how we meet customer expectations and keep operations running strong.

The Schedule & Setting:

• Full-time | Monday - Friday 4:00 PM Start-Until 12:30 AM
• Must be available for holidays and overtime
• Temperature-controlled warehouse setting

Pay & Benefits:

• $20.00 / Hour
• Weekly pay (every Friday)
