Job summary

Capstone is seeking a warehouse team member in Calera, AL. The role runs Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM start time, finishing as required, with a pay rate of $17.50 per hour.

Responsibilities include auditing inbound/outbound pallets, performing pre-shift equipment checks, and verifying product quantities, with additional duties at the site leadership's direction. Training is available for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift 25–75 lbs.
• High-energy, strong work ethic in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior warehouse or equipment experience preferred; training provided.

Requirements

• High-energy individual with a strong work ethic, the work is fast paced and very physical
• Lift and carry 25-75lbs, materials handled vary
• Prior warehouse and/or equipment experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate
