Job summary

Capstone is hiring for a Warehouse Associate in Nashville, TN. You will audit pallets, perform pre-shift equipment checks, and verify product quantities as directed by site leadership.

This role requires a high-energy, physical work ethic in a fast-paced environment. Prior warehouse experience is welcome, but training is provided to the right candidate. Weekly pay and benefits after probation are offered.

Qualifications

• Must be able to perform heavy lifting (25-75 lbs) and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior warehouse or equipment experience is preferred but training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Audits inbound and outbound pallets of freight.
• Performs pre-shift checks of equipment.
• Product and quantity verification and other duties as assigned by site leadership.
