Capstone is seeking a capable warehouse worker in Houston, TX. This role involves auditing inbound and outbound pallets, performing pre-shift equipment checks, and verifying product quantities to support site leadership.

The 1st shift runs Monday through Friday starting at 5am, with physical, fast-paced work. Capstone emphasizes a high-performance culture, offers weekly pay and opportunities for growth and training within the company.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift 25-75 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Must be able to work Monday–Friday, 5am start.
• Prior warehouse experience preferred; training available.

Responsibilities

• Audit inbound and outbound pallets.

• Verify product and quantities; assist site leadership as needed.

• Product and quantity verification and other duties as assigned by site leadership

Requirements:

• High-energy individual with a strong work ethic, the work is fast paced and very physical
• Lift and carry 25-75lbs, materials handled vary
• Prior warehouse and/or equipment experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate
