Denali Universal Services in Alaska is seeking a Warehouse Attendant to support production planning, material handling and inventory in a remote camp setting. The role offers 12-hour shifts, with a 3/3 or 2/2 rotation, and includes free camp housing and meals.

Travel between Anchorage and the job site is arranged and paid for by the company. Responsibilities include receiving and storing inventory, breaking out frozen items for thawing, delivering supplies, and maintaining warehouse sanitation.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license.
• AK Food Worker Card or ability to obtain one before first day.
• Able to proficiently speak, read, understand and write English.
• Reliable access to a smartphone capable of running apps for scheduling, timekeeping, shift communications, and time-off requests.
• Must pass pre-employment screening (drug test, criminal background check, and a post-offer fitness for duty test).

JOB SUMMARY

Under the supervision of the Executive Chef, the Warehouse Attendant will perform various duties in the warehouse to support operations in warehouse and inventory organization. This position assists with production planning, material handling, and other job duties as assigned.

• Work Location: Remote Camp, North Slope, Alaska
• Rotational Schedule: 3 weeks on/3 weeks off or 2 weeks on/2 weeks off; varies by job site
• Work shifts: 12 hours/day (40 hrs straight time + 44 hrs OT per work week).
• Travel: Flights between Anchorage and the job site are arranged and paid for by the company
• Housing & Meals: Included (free)
• Point of hire: Anchorage, AK

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous remote site camp experience and/or related area experience
• Forklift or Electric Pallet Jack experience
• NSTC
• Food handling experience

WORK ENVIRONMENT AND EXPECTATIONS

• Work is performed in a commercial warehouse within a remote camp
• Ability to remain on your feet for long shifts and perform repetitive physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Willingness to work day or night shift.
• Must be comfortable living and working in a remote location with shared housing accommodations and communal facilities.
• Teamwork, reliability, and a positive attitude are essential
• Strict adherence to safety, hygiene, and conduct standards
