Job Summary

Summary: Receives, stores, and distributes materials, tools, equipment, and products.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Read schedules and orders to determine items to be moved or gathered.
2. Convey materials from receiving or production to storage or other areas.
3. Place materials on racks, shelves, or in refrigerated rooms based on size, type, or product code.
4. Fill requisitions and distribute items to production or shipping.
5. Assemble customer orders and prepare for shipping.
6. Mark materials with identifying information.
7. Open containers and record received or distributed materials.
8. Weigh or count items for conformance.
9. Arrange stock parts for assembly.
10. Use computer to enter records.
11. Compile worksheets based on customer specs.
12. Drive vehicle to transport or pick up items.
13. Complete requisition forms for supplies.
14. Prepare parcels for mailing.
15. Maintain inventory records.
16. Perform other duties as assigned.
17. Ensure proper presentation and temperature standards, following HACCP.
18. Commit to safety and abide by all policies, including proper handling and safety gear use.
