Job summary

Utilities One in Charlotte, NC is seeking an experienced Warehouse Attendant to join our Operations team. You will manage receiving, organizing, and distributing materials to support field and project activities, while maintaining inventory accuracy and safety standards.

Ideal candidates have a valid driver's license, forklift certification, and proven warehouse experience. You will lift up to 50 pounds and use MS Excel Tracker to monitor stock levels and shipments.

Qualifications

• A valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
• Forklift Certification.
• Experience as a Warehouse Worker.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Familiarity with modern warehousing practices.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse activities, including quality assurance, inventory control, space management, logistics, floor productivity, shipping, and customer service.
• Manage warehouse associates, monitoring work and ensuring the safe use of warehouse equipment.
• Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high for audits.
• Inspect equipment, tools, and machinery regularly, and oversee general maintenance when necessary.
• Keep up-to-date on the latest federal and state safety regulations.
• Operate and maintain preventive warehouse vehicles and equipment.
• Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules, and regulations.
