Marathon Staffing in Woburn, MA seeks a Warehouse Associate to join our team. You will pick and pack customer orders, label shipments, and maintain inventory accuracy in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Responsibilities include quality checks, safe handling of items up to 50 lb, and keeping the work area organized. Experience as a picker/packer is preferred; a high school diploma is required. We offer weekly pay and health insurance benefits.

Warehouse Associate needed in Woburn, MA

Hours: Monday through Friday from 8am-4:30pm

Responsibilities:

• Efficiently pick customer orders from warehouse inventory based on provided order sheets.
• Carefully pack orders into boxes to ensure they are not damaged during transit.
• Utilize packaging materials such as bubble wrap, foam pellets, and cardboard to secure items.
• Label packages accurately with appropriate shipping information.
• Conduct quality control checks to ensure all items are in perfect condition prior to shipping.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area by ensuring that floors are clean and free of hazards.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and standards to maintain a safe work environment.
• Must be able to bend and lift 50lb+

Qualified Candidates will:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience as a picker packer or similar position in a warehouse environment preferred.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify errors.
• Basic computer skills for order tracking and inventory management.
• Strong communication skills and a team player mentality.
