Marathon Staffing in Woburn, MA is seeking a Warehouse Associate to efficiently pick customer orders from warehouse inventory, pack them securely, label shipments, and perform quality checks.

The role requires bending and lifting 50 lb+, a high school diploma, basic computer skills for order tracking, and strong teamwork and communication abilities. We offer weekly pay and health insurance options.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience as a picker/packer or similar in a warehouse environment preferred.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify errors.
• Basic computer skills for order tracking and inventory management.
• Strong communication skills and a team player mentality.

• Utilize packaging materials such as bubble wrap, foam pellets, and cardboard to secure items.
• Label packages accurately with appropriate shipping information.
• Conduct quality control checks to ensure all items are in perfect condition prior to shipping.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area by ensuring that floors are clean and free of hazards.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and standards to maintain a safe work environment.
• Must be able to bend and lift 50lb+.

Hours: Monday through Friday from 8am-4:30pm
