Logistics and Transportation Services, via ManpowerGroup, is seeking Warehouse Associates Laborers to join the operations team in Cudahy, WI. This role involves assisting with shipping/receiving, order processing, and maintaining a safe warehouse environment.

Ideal candidates have basic communication and computer skills, are flexible with shifts, and have dock/warehouse experience, including loading/unloading trailers, to support fast-paced logistics operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist shipping/receiving: unload trucks, check in merchandise, match orders, and distribute items.
• Read orders to determine items to move, gather, distribute, and ship.
• Ensure warehouse is accessible and safe for employee and customer traffic.
• Complete work safely; adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
• Assemble products and participate in inventory counts as needed.

Our client, Logistics and Transportation Services is seeking a Warehouse Associates Laborers to join their team. As a Warehouse Associates Laborers, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting the warehouse team. The ideal candidate will have strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Warehouse Associates Laborers

Location: Cudahy, WI

Pay Range: $19

Shift: Tuesday to Saturday, 5:00 AM -1:30 PM or Sun to Thursday 5am-1:30pm

What's the Job?

• Assist with shipping and receiving activities, including unloading trucks, checking in merchandise, matching purchase orders to sales orders, and distributing orders to sales associates for processing

• Read customer orders, work orders, shipping orders, and requisitions to determine items to be moved, gathered, distributed, and/or shipped

• Ensure warehouse is accessible and safe for employee and customer traffic

• Complete work in a safe manner; adhere to all safety policies and procedures

• Assemble products and participate in inventory counts as needed
