Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Blaine, MN to join a fast-paced logistics team. You will unload containers, lift 20–50 pounds, and help receive and stock inventory.

This role offers weekly pay, training provided, and potential conversion to permanent employment. A reliable, detail-oriented teammate will thrive in a safety-focused, collaborative environment.

HS/GED required; basic computer skills; Monday–Friday shifts of 7:00AM–3:30PM, 8:00AM–4:30PM, or 10:30AM–7:00PM.

• Basic computer skills and comfortable with warehouse tech.

Responsibilities

• Unload containers safely and efficiently.
• Lift and move products weighing 20–50 pounds.

Our client, a leading logistics and warehousing organization, is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join their team. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be part of the operations support team, contributing to efficient inventory management and product handling. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Warehouse Associate

Location: Blaine, MN

Pay Range: $18.00/hour

Position Type: 7-8 Month Contract with Potential for Conversion/Extension

Available Shift Times:

Monday - Friday; 7:00AM - 3:30PM

Monday - Friday; 8:00AM - 4:30PM

Monday - Friday; 10:30AM - 7:00PM

What's the Job?

• Unload containers safely and efficiently
• Manually lift and move products weighing between 20 to 50 pounds
• Receive and process incoming products accurately
• Stock products in designated locations within the warehouse
