Job summary

CoWorx Staffing Services in Aberdeen, MD is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support a growing retail operation. You will process shipments, replenish products, and prepare orders for packing and shipping in a fast-paced distribution center.

The role requires basic warehouse skills, ability to use a manual pallet jack, and a detail-oriented approach to inventory. Multiple shifts are available with competitive hourly wages.

Qualifications

• Six months or more of distribution, warehouse, or logistics experience preferred.
• Ability to pull, pack, unload, replenish, and stage products while maintaining inventory accuracy.
• Assist with loading and unloading trucks in a safe and efficient manner.

CoWorx is looking for Warehouse Associates in Aberdeen, MD to support a growing retail company process incoming shipments and replenish products throughout the facility.

Location

Aberdeen, Maryland

Responsibilities

• Assemble boxes and build product kits for shipment to retail stores in accordance with work instructions and customer requirements.
• Unload trailers, palletize products, and securely wrap pallets for storage or outbound shipment.
• Use a manual pallet jack to move, stage, and transport products throughout the warehouse and distribution center.
• Replenish inventory and put away newly received products into designated pick modules, storage locations, and warehouse stations.
• Pick customer orders using handheld RF scanners while maintaining accuracy and productivity standards.
• Place completed orders into totes or designated containers for transfer to packaging and shipping areas.
• Pack customer orders and perform quality control inspections to ensure order accuracy prior to shipment.
• Prepare completed orders for shipping, including labeling, staging, and final shipment verification activities.
• Ability to safely push and pull a manual pallet jack while handling materials and products throughout the shift.

• Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled environment with varying temperatures.
• Contribute to maintaining a clean, organized, and safe Distribution Center.
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing, with individuals at all levels inside and outside the organization.
• Flexible, adaptable, and positive with a strong desire to learn and expand job knowledge.
• Demonstrated attention to detail with the ability to work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to safely operate a manual pallet jack and push or pull fully loaded pallets.
• Ability to stand, bend, lift, push, and perform physical warehouse activities throughout the duration of the shift.

Other Information

Shifts Available:
Monday – Friday = 8am – 4:30pm at $17.00/hour
Sunday – Wednesday = 7am –5:30pm at $17.00/hour
Thursday – Saturday = 7am – 7:30pm at $18.00/hour
