Job summary

Manpower seeks Warehouse Associates for a Chambersburg, PA distribution center handling beauty and personal care products. You will pick, pack, and stage items, use RF scanners, and help load shipments in a fast-paced facility supporting retail and e-commerce nationwide.

Shifts vary with options from early mornings to evenings; overtime is available during peak seasons. Join a team with growth opportunities and full benefits after enrollment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Solid basic math skills.
• Team-player attitude with good communication.
• RF Scanner experience is a plus.
• Background check & drug screen required.
• Willing to work overtime including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and stage beauty products with precision.
• Use RF scanners and headsets (training provided).
• Safely operate manual pallet jacks.
• Organize inventory.
• Work alongside conveyors and build pallets.
• Load/unload shipments and fulfill store and online orders.
• Stay active with lifting, bending, walking, and reaching.

Our client, a well-established leader in the Beauty and Personal Care retail distribution industry, is currently seeking dedicated Warehouse Associates to join their team in Chambersburg, PA. Location: Chambersburg, PA – inside a spacious 300,000 sq. ft. distribution center filled with energy, teamwork, and top-tier beauty products!

Pay & Shift Options

• Shift 1: Monday-Friday 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM — $17.50/hr
• Shift 2: Sunday–Thursday 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM — $19.50/hr
• Shift 3: Sunday–Thursday 9:30 PM – 5:30 AM — $19.50/hr
• Weekend Day: Friday, Saturday, Sunday 6:30am-6:30pm $19/hr
• Weekend Night: Friday, Saturday, Sunday 6:30pm-6:30am $20/hr

Overtime opportunities available during peak seasons!

What You’ll Be Doing

• Pick, pack, and stage beauty products with precision
• Use RF scanners and headsets (training provided)

What You Bring to the Table

• Must be 18+ years old
• Comfortable being on your feet and lifting up to 50 lbs
• Solid basic math (add, subtract,)
• Team-player attitude with good communication
• RF Scanner or warehouse experience? Even better!
• Submit to a background check & drug screen
• Must be willing to work overtime when needed, including weekends
