Job summary

Manpower is seeking Warehouse Associates in Fresno, CA for a temporary assignment in a fast-paced distribution center serving retail and e-commerce nationwide.

Roles include picking, packing, staging, and inventory support with training on RF scanners and headsets. Must be 18+, able to lift 50 lbs, and willing to work overtime on weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Reliable transportation to and from the facility (not accessible by public transit).
• Warehouse experience preferred but not required.
• Able to work overtime including weekends as needed.
• Background check and drug screen required.

Pay & Shift Options – Warehouse Associates

• 2nd Shift (Weeknight: 4:30 PM – 3:00 AM): $18.00/hour
• 3rd Shift (Weekend Day: 6:00 AM – 6:30 PM): $19.00/hour

Overtime opportunities available during peak seasons.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Pick, pack, and stage beauty products with accuracy
• Use RF scanners and headsets (training provided)
• Support shipping, receiving, and inventory organization
• Load/unload shipments and fulfill store and online orders
• Stay active with lifting, bending, walking, and reaching throughout the shift

What You Bring to the Table

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and working on your feet for extended periods
• Reliable transportation to and from the facility (note: site is not accessible by public transit)
• Previous warehouse or distribution experience preferred but not required
• Ability to work overtime, including weekends, as needed
• Must be able to submit to a background check and drug screen

• Fast-paced, energetic warehouse setting
• Exposure to variable temperatures and strong scents (cosmetics, fragrance, skincare)
