Job summary

Edgemine in Los Angeles is seeking a motivated Warehouse/Driver to join our fast-paced team. This role combines delivery routes with in-warehouse packing and shipping tasks, requiring reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task.

You will operate company vans around the LA area, stock and pull orders, and assist with receiving. We offer health insurance, a 401(k) match, daily lunches, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of apparel warehouse or distribution experience.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• No DUI/DWI convictions in the last 5 years.
• Able to perform driver and warehouse packing/shipping tasks.
• Lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Knowledge of warehouse equipment (hand trucks, pallet jacks) is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and order accuracy.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
• Friendly, professional communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform driver and warehouse duties, alternating between delivery routes and warehouse tasks.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform combined driver and warehouse duties, splitting time between delivery routes and in-warehouse support as needed
• Make deliveries in and around the Los Angeles area using company vans, following assigned routes in a safe and timely manner
• Pick and pull orders accurately from stock to fulfill customer and production requests
• Pack and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring items are properly boxed, labeled, and staged when not on a delivery route
• Assist with shipping and receiving duties, including verifying quantities against packing lists and invoices
• Stock shelves and organize inventory to keep the warehouse clean, safe, and efficient
• Load and unload trucks and vans, including using hand trucks and pallet jacks as needed
• Conduct routine vehicle checks and report any issues to a supervisor
• Maintain a valid driver's license and a clean, safe driving record

QUALIFICATIONS

• At least 1 year of apparel warehouse or similar warehouse/distribution experience
• Valid driver's license with a clean, safe driving record
• No DUI/DWI convictions within the past 5 years
• Comfortable working both as a driver and inside the warehouse on packing/shipping tasks as business needs require
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stay on your feet for extended periods
• Basic knowledge of warehouse equipment (hand trucks, pallet jacks) is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy when picking, packing, and verifying orders
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Friendly, professional, and respectful communication skills
