Staffmark Group in Hebron, KY is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and inventory tasks in a fast-paced, non-climate-controlled warehouse. The role offers temp-to-hire employment with a pay rate of $15.50 per hour and on-site work.

The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, basic math assessment, and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Prior warehouse experience and familiarity with RF scanners and WMS are a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to successfully complete and pass a basic math assessment.
• Ability to understand and follow written, verbal, and diagram-based instructions.
• Previous warehouse, distribution center, manufacturing, or fulfillment experience preferred.
• Experience with order picking, packing, product assembly, and inventory handling preferred.
• Familiarity with RF scanners, handheld devices, and warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus.
• Ability to maintain productivity, efficiency, and accuracy standards in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, assemble, and prepare products for shipment with a high level of accuracy.
• Use RF scanners and warehouse management systems to track inventory and process orders.
• Assist with cycle counts, inventory audits, and maintaining accurate inventory records.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines at all times.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production and shipping goals.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
• Perform additional warehouse and distribution duties as assigned by leadership.
