Job summary

Staffmark Group in Lexington, KY is hiring a Warehouse Box Associate to support picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and inventory handling. This role emphasizes accurate order completion and safe operation of warehouse equipment.

Pay rate is $13.00 per hour with a 6:30am-3:15pm, Monday-Friday schedule. A high school diploma is preferred; prior warehouse experience is beneficial, and attention to detail and reliability are key for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous warehouse, logistics, or distribution training is beneficial.
• Knowledge of WMS/inventory procedures/shipping software or RF scanning equipment is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Safely perform warehouse duties including picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and inventory handling.
• Maintain high attention to detail with accurate product identification and documentation.
• Operate warehouse tools such as RF scanners and pallet jacks as required.
• Stay organized and productive in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Commit to workplace safety, teamwork, and dependable attendance.
• Sort inbound empty plastic totes.
