Martin Inc. is hiring a Warehouse Associate to support our Florence, AL-based operations. You will handle materials, manage inventory, stock locations, and assist customers with inquiries while ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment.

You will perform cycle counts, operate or learn forklift usage, and follow safety protocols in a fast-paced warehouse setting. This role offers consistent hours and opportunities for teamwork and reliability.

Qualifications

• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform material handling
• Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and using proper lifting techniques
• Basic computer skills to navigate inventory control software
• Must have valid driver's license and pass DOT physical; drive company delivery vehicles
• Forklift operation (will train)

Responsibilities

• Pull materials as ordered by customers and ensure timely, accurate fulfillment
• Receive incoming products and record them in inventory control software
• Stock materials in designated locations and on customer floors per procedures
• Perform cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy
• Provide excellent customer service and respond to inquiries promptly
• Fill point of use cabinets and vending machines as needed for production
• Collaborate with warehouse team and maintain a safe working environment
• Maintain reliable attendance and punctuality
